ASEAN Talented Young Scientist Program of Guangxi (ATYSP)
Research Exchange Opportunity in Guangxi, People’s Republic of China
Chiang Mai University has received an official notification from the Royal Thai Embassy in Beijing regarding the promotion of the ASEAN Talented Young Scientist Program of Guangxi (ATYSP), organized by the Department of Science and Technology of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, People’s Republic of China.
This program aims to enhance scientific and technological personnel exchange between Guangxi and ASEAN member countries, under the Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan of the Belt and Road Initiative.
Selected participants will undertake collaborative research in Guangxi for a duration of 6 months or 12 months.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
-
Hold nationality of an ASEAN member country
-
Be 45 years old or younger (as of the application date)
-
Have one of the following qualifications:
-
PhD degree with at least 2 years of work experience, or
-
Master’s degree with at least 5 years of work experience
-
Demonstrate outstanding research achievements or recognized innovation
-
Possess good communication skills in English or Mandarin Chinese
-
Currently be working at a university, research institute, or private-sector organization outside the People’s Republic of China (or outside Guangxi)
