Call for applications for the Exchange Student Program for the Academic Year 2026 (Fall Semester 2026).
This program offers CMU students the opportunity to study in Shizuoka City or Hamamatsu City, Japan, during the period of October 2026 – March 2027.
Students who are selected for the program will receive a tuition fee waiver at Shizuoka University. However, all other expenses, including travel, accommodation, living costs, insurance, and related fees, will be the responsibility of the participating students.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:

Have completed at least one year of study at their home university at the time of application

Not be in their final year of study

For undergraduate students: possess Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 or N2 level

Nomination and Application Deadline
The International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI) may nominate one student for this program. Interested students are required to submit all relevant application documents to Ms. Tanya (Room ICB1103) no later than 10 MARCH 2026.
