2026 KUST RCEP International Education Cooperation Zone Young Science and Technology Scholars Exchange Camp

Chiang Mai University is pleased to announce the 2026 KUST RCEP International Education Cooperation Zone Young Science and Technology Scholars Exchange Camp, organized by Kunming University of Science and Technology (KUST), China.

Held under the theme "Engineering Innovation – Regional Win-Win Cooperation," the program will take place from 21–27 October 2026 in Kunming, Yunnan Province, People's Republic of China. The program aims to strengthen academic and technological collaboration among young scholars in RCEP member countries while addressing regional industrial development needs.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Be a Ph.D. student, university lecturer, or researcher from an institution in an RCEP member country, aged 45 or below.
  • Be studying or conducting research in one of the following fields:
    • Metallurgical Engineering
    • Mining Engineering
    • Materials Science
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Environmental Science
    • Life Sciences
    • Green Energy
    • Artificial Intelligence
  • Have research interests aligned with the program theme and possess a good command of English.

Please note that participation is limited to 20 participants, and applications may close earlier once all available places have been filled.

  • Foreigner Physical Examination Form
  • Criminal Record Certificate
  • Copy of Passport
