4.1.7 Ceasing Operations Temporarily
When the employers suspend operations of their business, in whole
or in part, temporarily, for whatever reason except for force majeure,
employers must pay wages at a 75% reduced rate to the affected employees
for the entire period in which the employers do not require the employees
to work. The employer shall give written notice to the employees and the
labour inspector in advance prior to the date of suspension of business at
