employment conditions agreement must specify at least the minimum
conditions as follows:
1. conditions of employment or work
2. specified working days and hours
3. wages
4. welfare
5. termination of employment
6. submission of petition by employees
7. procedures to amend or renew the agreement
4.1.1 Work hours and Holidays
The maximum number of working hours for non-hazardous work is
48 hours per week and eight hours per day. If the working hour for some
days is less than eight hours a day, the employer and the employee may
agree to make up the remaining hours in other working days with a
maximum of nine hours per day and 48 hours per week.
For hazardous work that may harm the employees' health and safety,
the maximum number of working hours is 42 hours per week and seven

hours per day .
Employees must have a daily rest period of at least an hour after

working five consecutive hours . Employees are entitled to a weekly

holiday of at least one day per week at intervals of six days .
Employees are entitled to a minimum of thirteen national holidays
per year and a minimum of six days of vacation after working for one full

year . The employees can opt to work overtime or to be on holiday .
