The provisions of the foregoing paragraph shall apply to
                        a contract of sale of movable property where the agreed price is
                        five hundred baht or upwards"

                    By section 456, land purchase must be processed through registration
                to legally transfer the land ownership. At the department of the land, there
                will be a registered deed that has to be certified by the land authority, and
                the certification of authority on the deed stipulates a change of ownership.
                The example of deeds certified by the authority of the department of land
                is below;

                    The main types of deeds which are legally transferable and will not
                create any land dispute by legal ownership are 1) Nor Sor 4 (น.ส.4), 2) Nor
                Sor 3 Kor (น.ส.3 ก.), and 3) Nor Sor 3(น.ส.3)

                        1)  Nor Sor 4 (น.ส.4) is the deed with a red authorised stamp
                           issued  and  authorised  by  the  department  of  land.  The  is
                           Nor Sor 4 (น.ส.4) the legally transferable by registration with
                           the department of land.
