The Court of Appeal for Specialized Cases was established by
                       the Act for the Establishment of the Court of Appeal for Specialized Cases
                       2015 (B.E. 2558) and started to operate on 1 October 2016. The Court of
                       Appeal for Specialized Cases consists of five divisions: 1) the intellectual
                       property and international trade case division, 2) the tax case division 3)
                       the Labour case division 4) the Bankruptcy division and 5) the Juvenile
                       and Family case division.

                              The  Court  of  Appeal  for  Specialized  Cases  is  empowered  to
                       adjudicate the appeals against judgments and orders of specialized Courts,
                       namely Intellectual Property and International Trade Courts, Tax Courts,
                       Labour Courts, Bankruptcy Courts, and Juvenile and Family Courts.

                              The adjudication of the court of appeal for specialized cases is
                       conducted by a quorum of judges with specific knowledge and expertise
                       in each area

                              6.1.1.3 The Supreme Court

                              The  Supreme Court  is  the  court  of  highest and  final  court  to
                       adjudicate an appeal against a judgment or an  order of the Courts  of
                       Appeal, or, in the particular case, the Courts of first instance in civil and
                       criminal cases. The court is located in Bangkok.

                          6.1.2 Civil Procedure

                          Thailand  is  a  Civil  Law  country.  Thai  courts  are  not  bound  by
                       precedents. Nonetheless,  decisions  of  the  Supreme  Court  have  certain
                       persuasive authority in the adjudication of the cases by the lower courts.

                          Civil  procedure  is  governed  by  the  Civil  Procedural  Code.   The
                       accusatorial system prevails before the Courts of Justice. There is no jury
                       trial in Thailand. The charge of proof belongs to both parties on the basis
                       of equality. The parties must bring the evidence before the courts to prove
                       their allegations. The judges act impartially and hear the evidence of both
                       parties.   The  judges  then  decide  the  case  based  on  the  merits  of  the
