within one month from the date that the judgment or order of the Court of
                       Appeal for Specialized Cases is readout. The Court of First Instance shall,
                       without delay, send such claim together with the petition to the Supreme
                       Court  and  the  Supreme  Court  shall,  without  delay,  complete  its
                       consideration for such claim.”

                              The  expenses incurred  during a  civil  case  proceeding include
                       court fees. For the cases with computable monetary value claim, court fees
                       for the amount not exceeding 5 million THB shall be the rate of 2% of the
                       amount of the monetary value in dispute but not exceeding 200,000 THB.
                       For the amount exceeding 5 million THB, the court fees are additionally

                       charged at the rate of 0.1% of the claim amount .
                              For the cases without the monetary claim, where the relief sought
                       is to cease grievance or damage not computable in term of value, the
                       plaintiff is charged at the rate of 200 THB per case. For the case where the
                       relief is in part computable in terms of money and in part not computable,
                       the  court  fees  will  be  charged  at  the  same  rate  as  for  cases  with

                       computable monetary value but at the minimum of 200 THB .
                              6.1.2.2 Specialized cases
                              Specialized  cases  are  those  within  the  competence  of  the
                       Specialized  Courts,  which  are  Intellectual  Property  and  International
                       Trade  Courts,  Tax  Courts,  Labour  Courts,  Bankruptcy  Courts,  and
                       Juvenile and Family Courts, as specified by the Act for the Establishment
                       of and Procedure in such courts.

                              Prior to 1 October 2016, the appeals against judgments and orders
                       of  specialized  Courts,  namely  Intellectual  Property  and  International
                       Trade  Courts,  Tax  Courts,  Labour  Courts,  Bankruptcy  Courts,  and
                       Juvenile and Family Courts were all sent directly to the Supreme Court.

                              After the establishment of the Court of Appeal for Specialized
                       Cases, the appeals against judgments and orders of specialized Courts
