UNESCO–People’s Republic of China Co-Sponsored Fellowships Programme (Academic Year 2026–2027)
UNESCO, in cooperation with the Government of the People’s Republic of China, is offering scholarships in various academic disciplines for the academic year 2026–2027. A total of 27 fellowships are currently available for applicants from 135 UNESCO Member States across Africa, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Europe, and the Arab States.
The scholarships support study or research at Chinese universities at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Applicants may choose from two pathways:

Interested applicants are requested to carefully follow the application procedures outlined in the scholarship guidelines and submit the completed application form with all required documents to:
