In applying for benefits and privileges from the BOI regulation and
policy, businesses have to contact the Board of Investment (BOI) office.
The office of the BOI will check and prepare all required documents for
the BOI's consideration. The office of the BOI set out the process of
application consideration toward an efficient system to better facilitate the
promoted investors. According to the BOI announcement No.1/2553
regarding the Time Frame for Investment Promotion Procedures, the BOI
has laid out procedures for applying and implementing promotion
