2, Thailand has concluded 42 Bilateral Investment Treaties but has not yet
signed 3 (BIT with Tajikistan, Russian Federation and Zimbabwe). In
contrast, the BIT with three countries was terminated (1961 Germany -
Thailand BIT, 1988 Bangladesh - Thailand BIT and 2000 India - Thailand
BIT).
