Hirosaki University Exchange Program for Spring Semester 2025
The exchange program at Hirosaki University is scheduled to take place from April to September 2025. Students applying for this exchange must not be in their final year of study. Selected participants will receive a tuition fee waiver; however, all other expenses will be the responsibility of the student. Interested students are required to submit the following application documents:

Confirmation
Study Plan
Letter of Recommendation
Certificate of Enrollment
Academic Transcript
Certificate of Health
Self-Declaration of Health
Application for Certificate of Eligibility
ID Photo
Copy of Passport
Written Oath

Submit all application documents to Ms. Tanya (ICB1103) by November 10, 2024.
