Canadian Government Scholarships - Canada-ASEAN Scholarships and Educational Exchange for Development (SEED) Program 2024-2025
The Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is pleased to announce the availability of scholarships offered by the Government of Canada under the Canada-ASEAN Scholarships and Educational Exchange for Development (SEED) program for the academic year 2024-2025. These scholarships are open to students from ASEAN member countries and cover bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs, as well as short-term research opportunities in Canada. The focus of the program is on fields related to achieving the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
In its seventh year of operation, the SEED project has historically seen Thailand as the leading participant among ASEAN member countries, showcasing a strong commitment to educational exchange and collaboration.

Applicant Qualifications:
- Nationality in an ASEAN member country.
- Full-time enrollment at an educational institution in an ASEAN member country, with verification of cooperation agreements with Canadian educational institutions.
- The educational institution will facilitate the nomination process for applicants, ensuring a smooth application for the scholarships.
